> Coordinator receives notification ofinspection requirement
> Coordinator selects local resources to the vendor and confirms
competency
> Coordinator sends the CV and qualifications to client for their
approval
> Inspector reviews the brief (including a risk assessment) and
complete inspection. Followed by the sending of atechnical activity
report and exit call as required.
> Coordinator reviews the report and forwards to the regional
manager for a technical QA.
> Report, deliverables and time sheet are submitted to the relevant
project team within 24 hours of inspection.
